How do I get to the car park?
Whether you have chosen the shuttle or valet service, call us on 06 13 60 10 61 or send us a Whatsapp message to let us know at least 30 minutes before your arrival.

If you have chosen the shuttle transfer, simply go to the car park to park your vehicle. A driver will then take you to the Roissy CDG terminal of your choice by shuttle.

Conversely, if you have opted for the valet service, go directly to your terminal. Your valet will be waiting there to collect your vehicle and park it in our nearby car park.

How do I get back to the car park?
To optimise your return and enable us to collect you in the best possible conditions, it is best to send us 3 WhatsApp messages (06 13 60 10 61):

• As soon as you land
  
• After passing through customs
  
• After collecting your luggage

This lets your driver know exactly where you are, so there's no waiting around.

Then meet your driver, who will take you back to the car park, or your valet, who will return your vehicle directly to you.

What is the meeting point at the airport?
The terminal of your choice! Tell the driver or valet when you arrive and when you return.

Is the car park secure?
Yes, our car park is equipped with a permanent video surveillance system. A security guard is also present in the car park 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The enclosure is fenced and the car park is tarmac or concrete.

I don't know my final flight times, can I still make a reservation?
Yes, we do. If this is the case, choose approximate times when you book. Once you know your timetable, contact us to let us know.
